Power Lift - helps increase loft and length of release to the target. The finger pad has a flat edge and smooth surface for a sharp, clean feel.

Semi - has a smooth, rounded bump close to the front edge. When properly fitted, the bump rests under the first knuckle of the finger. It is designed for a more relaxed grip and ideal for bowlers who suffer from arthritis or have weak grip pressure.

Insert sizes are in inches, figure in brackets is the size code (shown in middle circle of outside markings, half sizes shown as fraction on insert).
The inserts have an outside diameters of 31/32" (1 1/32" from size 53/64")

All goods are despatched within the UK mainland (including Northern Ireland), a charge of £4.50 is made for postage on orders up to £50. Rates for the Channel Islands (select Jersey or Guernsey), Europe and United States are calculated during the checkout process, rates for all other destinations are available on request. We aim to ship your order as soon as possible, our normal despatch time is 5 to 7 working days. Please note that deliveries will normally be made between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday and for larger items must be signed for. If unable to deliver the carrier should leave a card giving delivery options, however you can always give a different shipping address if you so wish (i.e. neighbour, work, relation, etc) where a person would be available to sign and take delivery.
