Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit/debit card payments plus PayPal.
If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
All goods are despatched within the UK mainland (including Northern Ireland) post free on orders over £25, a charge of £2.50 is made for postage on orders up to £25. Rates for the Channel Islands (select Jersey or Guernsey), Europe and United States are calculated during the checkout process, rates for all other destinations are available on request.
We aim to ship your order as soon as possible, our normal delivery time is 2 to 5 working days. Please note that deliveries will normally be made between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday and for larger items must be signed for. If unable to deliver the carrier should leave a card giving delivery options, however you can always give a different shipping address if you so wish (i.e. neighbour, work, relation, etc) where a person would be available to sign and take delivery.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included.

When the order is placed at our website you will be taken to the secure payment page of our payment processor where they will securely handle your credit or debit card details.
When payment is made by credit card or debit card online at no point are your card details seen or stored by us. The card details are processed by our chosen card processor who is fully PCI-DSS compliant.

At Petes Pro Shop, we offer you a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund (return costs are the senders responsibility, exceptions are if the goods were faulty then we will either refund reasonable postage costs or arrange collection). Where a product has been customised (examples are: embroidered shirt, bowling ball with drilling) then these may not be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice. In this case please return the goods with the following information:

Whether you want a refund or a replacement (and size/colour of replacement).
As soon as we receive the goods we will action your request. Where a refund has been requested, we will credit your credit card no later than three working days following receipt of the returned goods and any replacement goods held in stock will be despatched within three working days. If your return was not our error we will subtract the cost of shipping from your return.
If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.

You have the right to cancel your contract with us within seven days of placing the order or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is longer), exceptions are where a product has been customised (examples are: embroidered shirt, bowling ball with drilling) then these may not be returned unless faulty. If you do cancel then please follow the returns procedure listed above, upon recipt of your returned order we will process your refund. Goods are despatched upon receipt of payment either by Credit Card, Debit Card, Personal Cheques or Postal Order/Bankers Draft or Electronic Funds Transfer. All payments from outside the United Kingdom should be made in Pounds Sterling.
