ADDAPTIVE ƒ(P+F) SOLID COVERSTOCK
The Addaptive ƒ(P+F) Solid coverstock is Brunswick’s newest innovation in performance enhancing additive chemistry. ƒ(P+F) describes our latest ƒormula that combines our new (P)rojection and our new (F)riction additives together to create our most aggressive coverstock to date. The Projection additive easily pushes the super aggressive coverstock down lane where the Friction additive kicks in gripping the backend for unprecedented traction. Being able to combine multiple additives in a coverstock allows Brunswick to effectively fine tune the length, mid-lane and backend characteristics of the ball motion.

NEXUS ROTOR CORE
The new Nexus Rotor core integrates a center stabilizing capsule and two vertical flip claws. The center stabilizing capsule revs quickly to control the mid-lane. As the axis migrates and the core lays down, the vertical flip claws take over maintaining the rev rate for a strong continuation through the backend and powerful drive through the pins.

BALL MOTION
We did it again! The Nexus ƒ(P+F) is so strong we had to add columns to the Ball Comparison chart and increase our Hook Potential scale to describe this ball. With its 1500-grit Siaair micro pad finish, the Nexus ƒ(P+F) offers our highest hook potential of any Brunswick ball to date. NEXUS ARROWHEAD CORE
The new Nexus Arrowhead core features a single density squared-off elliptical inner core that is dynamically designed to stay on line, enhancing downlane projection. This long and sleek core helps the Nexus ƒ(P) preserve revs and ball speed into the backend of the lane which results in increased pin action and higher scores.

BALL MOTION

CFT ULTI-MAX PEARL COVERSTOCK
CFT ulti-max pearl is our newest breakthrough in Chemical Friction Technology. The CFT ulti-max pearl coverstock uses the highest concentration of the friction additive in order to maximize the chemical system. The key to CFT is creating more traction with chemical friction instead of mechanical friction. By using less mechanical friction to produce hook, the CFT ultimax pearl coverstock provides enhanced projection down the lane while saving axis rotation for more energy on the backend and through the pins.

CORE
The new Dual Flip I – Block core incorporates a top and bottom flip block over a centered mass. The centered mass creates stability while the dual flip blocks keep the core revving to the backend all the way through the pins for improved pin action.

BALL MOTION
With its Rough Buff Finish, the C · (System) ulti-max skids effortlessly through the front, saving axis rotation in the mid-lane to grab the backend for strong continuous response to friction that cuts easily through the pins on medium to medium-oily lane conditions.

CFT v4.5 Coverstock
CFT v4.5 is the next progression in Chemical Friction Technology. The CFT v4.5 coverstock has a lower friction factor than CFT 3.5 which improves length through the heads and mid-lane without sacrificing the quick response and improved traction on the back-end.

I-Block Symmetric Core
The new I – Block Symmetric core was created by modifying the original asymmetric I – Block core (which has a symmetric base and an asymmetric flip block) to have an asymmetric base. By creating an asymmetric base with an asymmetric flip block on perpendicular axes the two asymmetries cancel each other out making the core shape symmetric. The core shape was also thinned and stretched to increase the RG min while maintaining the overall differential.

With its Rough Buff finish, the C•(System) v4.5 will offer a lower friction factor with similar response time to friction alternative to the C•(System) 3.5. The new C•(System) v4.5 is best used on medium to oily lane conditions when you need to use a breakpoint further down the lane with a quick response motion to increase pin carry

The Lethal Revolver maximizes its performance by using Propel X Solid reactive coverstock technology. Propel X Solid features an enhanced pore structure to provide Xtra consistency from shot to shot and Xtra workability on a wider variety of lane conditions.

CORE
The Jack™ core was designed as a low RG symmetric core with a high differential. The low RG engages in the mid-lane assisting in ball motion, and the high differential increases track flare potential giving the ball more opportunity to grip the backend while using standard layouts.

Activator Plus is a more aggressive version of the original Activator coverstock formulation and features enhanced durability and performance longevity. The pearlized version of Activator Plus coverstock used on the Massive Damage is factory-finished with rough buff compound to create more traction in the oil, increasing the ball’s mid-lane and back-end hooking action, while still being clean through the front part of the lane.
